Rozanna Alexandrian has always been a “people person” that is in touch with her creative side, from holding degrees in design and literature, to finishing music school, she is always looking to provide unique perspective.

A perfect application of her creative and people oriented energies was to help people find and create beautiful spaces and homes. She is constantly taking on creative opportunities in real estate, interior design, painting, and glass tile art. 

This culminated with an entrepreneurial journey that saw her launch her first business Design Matters 20 years ago, which now operates under Alero.
