Chic & Unique Chicago

This Chicago condo was in the heart of the loop, but when the owner purchased it everything was from the original building construction, nothing unique and certainly nothing chic. We worked with the owner to turn that around with an open concept with an all new kitchen, 3D Liquid wallpaper (yes, it’s a thing), a long natural stone accent wall and electric fireplace to enjoy the views of Chicago. We also redid the Bedrooms and Master Bath with a soaking tub and shower with stone tiling throughout. The outcome of all this work was a luxury high rise apartment that aligned with how the owner viewed herself and her home.
