Down to the Bone

This split-level home was built in 1968 and was in need of some serious TLC, with all original components. Alero founder Rozie felt there was tremendous potential, so she decided to invest in flipping the property. During the 12 weeks in which the house was being renovated it was taken down to the studs with a few walls removed to allow for a more open concept.

Virtually everything was changed from the HVAC to the kitchen and bedrooms (check out summary below). The center piece of the home became the entry way, with an immediate feeling of openness into the kitchen bar and dining area. Along with the first floor open concept we paired a second family room and lots of new storage space. Take a look at the before and after, it was a total transformation!
Summary: New Klearvue Cabinets, appliances, range hood, granite countertops, removed two wall to provide open concept, removed wood paneling and replaced all dry wall, replaced HVAC system, electrical panel, 3 bathrooms, new paint throughout, new trim, new doors (interior/exterior), new flooring throughout, all bedrooms, lower level movie room, new windows, pressure washed and repainted exterior, extensive landscaping
