The challenge with homes in Europe is often times the construction materials are completely different as is the availability. This home was primarily built from stone and concrete, as lumber was not as available or cost effective. We redesigned the kitchen with all new appliances, backsplash, counter tops. Replaced the staircase and railing and all the flooring, along with numerous electrical repairs. Not to mention new bathrooms with luxury master shower. At Alero, we may not have seen it all, but we are always ready.
